Shared Documents/Folder Emails

It now appears that when sharing a document or folder to external users the end user receiving the share email only see their email address, no other email addresses that the share has been sent to.

Is this something that has changed please?

Anyone any ideas why this has happened?

    Regarding your question, before I answer it, I would like to confirm if you mean that when sharing the file/folder with multiple external users, the external users will see only their own email address in the shared email, not other users' email addresses.

    • If my understanding conflicts with the situation, please point it out and let us know.
    • If so, I can't reproduce the same situation. To my knowledge, there are no built-in settings that can cause this kind of situation. To troubleshoot it further, I would like to suggest you contact your admin/IT department and ask them to raise a support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center> Support> New service request. That support team there will have the correct channel and resources to help you investigate more and find what exactly the reason has caused this situation.
