I have Microsoft trying to charge me $64.19 and I was wondering why
Hi
I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding an unauthorized transaction from my bank account. I recently noticed a deduction from my account, and upon investigation, I discovered that Microsoft has withdrawn money without my consent.
I am perplexed as to the nature of this deduction, as I have not engaged in any transactions or purchases with Microsoft recently. The deduction occurred without any prior notification or explanation, leaving me utterly baffled.
This issue seems to have originated since October 2023, when I first contacted your support team regarding a similar matter. Although the situation was resolved at that time, it appears to have resurfaced, causing considerable inconvenience and frustration.
I am particularly troubled by the fact that Microsoft seemingly has access to my bank account without my authorization. This raises serious concerns about privacy and security, and I urge you to investigate this matter promptly.
Furthermore, I request immediate reimbursement for the deducted amount. It is imperative that Microsoft rectifies this error and refunds the unauthorized transaction at the earliest convenience.
Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on how to remove my card details from your system to prevent any further unauthorized deductions.
I trust that you will take swift action to address this issue and provide a satisfactory resolution. Please acknowledge receipt of this message and provide an update on the steps being taken to resolve the matter
Thanks
