Issue: in Excel, “Analyze Data” button can be added via "File > Options > Customize the Ribbon", but it is grey and cannot be used.

OS version: Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2 (build 19045.4046)

Re-open Excel and restart computer > not works.
Re-install O365 App > not works.
If I "sign out" Microsoft account in Excel, “Analyze Data” button can be clicked and used, but Excel will prompt to "sign in" at next opening. After "sign in" again, the button becomes grey again.
