I am having trouble with files saved in OneDrive that seem to be getting corrupted. I have been trying to "Submit Feedback" on OneDrive Live and while the black dots are running left to right, the feedback is not getting uploaded. First I tried it for 20 minutes and thinking its frozen am trying in a new window. It has now been over an hour and the feedback in NOT Uploading.

Thank you Bryll. I have tried this as well both for contact support and technical support. The technical support person sent me to the 1-800 number which quotes a non-existent microsoft.help website whereas now it goes as microsoft.support. I think there is some issue happening with OneDrive because a set of 28 files that I had been working on and couldn't access suddenly became accessible yesterday and I was able to copy and past to new word files and save in Dropbox. Dropbox used to be my go to place but since we are all trying to cut costs and since I am forced to pay for OneDrive anyway with 360, I thought I'd start migrating my files from Dropbox. Huge mistake I see now. I just can't seem to get through to OneDrive support. I called back support and explained my issue and they wanted me to quote the case # in my Contact Support submission. Well that submission timed out after trying for 1 hour once and 20 minutes the second time. Now when I click the link nothing happens. I guess time to start using Google Docs instead.

    Hi Sandhya, this is Bryll

Thank you for raising this here in Microsoft Community, but I'm afraid it's out of my league. It's not something we usually talk about here in the community. But don't worry, you can check with the dedicated group of specialists called the OneDrive In App team that is equipped to gain visibility into the status of your OneDrive account and investigate further on your concern. Below are the steps on how to get in touch with OneDrive In App team:

    • Starting from OneDrive.Live.com in the browser, signed in (or direct the customer to sign in.) Select the question mark ? in the top right corner of the screen to open the help pane.
    • Select Contact support. This takes you to: https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/home/expcontact for self-help.
    • Describe your issue as OneDrive Support and select Get Help.
    • Scroll down and select the Contact Support button. Select Microsoft 365 and Office as the Product and Services.
    • Select Technical Support as the Category and select Confirm.
    • Select OneDrive app support you will be sent to https://onedrive.live.com/?action=feedback

They're the experts on these things.

If problem remains, try using InPrivate or Incognito browser window. Also, try installing and using a different web browser and connect to a different internet network.

Thank you again for reporting this here in Community.
