    Dear cynthia st john,

    Thanks for your update!

I did some research, might becaused that you planed to purchase one license of M365 business standard but purchased two, or puchased two M365 subscriptions, now you need to cancle one of them so that you can get refund from it. Please correct me if there is any misunderstanding.

    .

If you can get into your subscription(s), you may follow the information in this article to cancel the unwanted product and the refund would be processed automatically: Cancel your Microsoft subscription - Microsoft Support.

If you are not sure how to do it, you may also call the Microsoft hotline for further assistance: (select your country's region code):Find Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn. You need to provide your subscription purchased information such as company name, billing information, phone number, alternative email address etc. So, our Microsoft Business support team can assist you with the cancelation/refund issue.

Your patience, understanding and cooperation are much appreciated.

    Best Regards,

    Sherry

I should have only been charged on the AMEX. I purchased Microsoft 365 twice. I was charged $150 on both cards.
