    To add the existing rows:

    • Click anywhere in the table.
    • Activate the Table Design tab of the ribbon.
    • Click Resize Table in the Properties group.
    • Select the entire range.

In the future, to add a new row, click in the cell in the lower right corner of the table, then press Tab

I was able to include in the range, but when trying to publish it is showing the below error "Read only"

Note : the table is connected to MS Teams Table (which I created via PowerApp screen and then selected the option to edit in excel so that easily I can add the data of append from access ),

Till here I am going ok, but the another stuck me again,

    Thank you Mr. HansV,

I have learnt a lot from your advise in MS Access programming, you have helped so many times in the Access community.

Further to my below query, I was able to solve, Posting it here if any user can get to this situation:

While testing and experimenting found that If you keep the workbook open, run the Ms Access append command for the table (which is linked to this work book)

Then appended data get inserted into the table of sheet instead of lying outside the table , and After running publish it accepts and update the the Dataverse Teams Table.

    Regards
