SharePoint List: Disable 'Clear Filter' buttons on filtered views

Hi, I'm building a SharePoint List that I need to share with my clients to get their feedback:

Clients should only be able to see their own rows.

I have done this before by creating filtered views, and setting a filter for the key Person or Group column = [Me]

This still works, BUT: Due to recent updates, users are now able to remove that preset filter by just clicking on two new "Clear Filter" buttons on top of the list.

I've tried hiding those buttons by formatting the list with JSON, with no luck, not possible to do it that way.

Pages:

I've tried building a page and displaying the list into a web part. This leaves those Clear Filter buttons out, but I'm also missing key features like allowing users to edit in grid view, so not useful either besides being a painful and lengthy process.
I've tried with the File Viewer webpart instead, so trying to display an Excel file instead of a list. But the web part won't allow me to show a filtered view of the file based on the user who's looking at the file.

So I'm at a loss here.
My main and straight forward approach of just using a filtered and simple Sharepoint List is not useful anymore, since users can just remove my filters!
Can this be done? can I get rid of those damn 'Clear Filters' buttons? Thanks

    Dear LuigiTW,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft community. We are delighted to offer our assistance.

I must apologize for saying that there is no built-in method or decent alternative to this problem. As you said, using a web part could solve the problem but would be inconvenient as it would be missing some core functionality. Restricting the user's edit permissions would also be an inconvenience for the work process. Many users have reported this issue, but at this time we haven't heard from the development team's plans for improving or adjusting this functionality, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience in waiting for a feature update.

    Have a great day.

    Sincerely,

    Dear LuigiTW,

Actually, the JSON code can hide some command bars. However, the Filter pane isn't included.

You can refer to the Key part in the article.

    You may have three workarounds.

    1. The modern list web part should have the Edit in grid view option and hide the Clear Filter option. However, users may still can go to the list page to clear the filter. Please check whether you hide the command bar when editing the web part.

    1. Use PowerApps to create a custom list pane without the Clear Filter option and embed it onto a SharePoint Online page. You can also prevent users from accessing the list page with the permission settings. I recommend this way as it is low-code solution if you have PowerApps at your side.
    2. Create an extension with SPFX. This solution is a little complicated and may need some development knowledge.

Hope that the information above helps you.

Thank you for your effort and time.

Meanwhile this problem shows also when embedding lists as webparts in pages. So instead of responding to the dissatisfaction and enabling a hide feature in the list, now the problem even got worse. I really do not understand why feature parity cannot be ensured. This is really disappointing.
