Starting Access...
Error all the sudden came up:
" Automation configuration of current Access version has failed"
"Microsoft Access was unable to initialize the Windows Registry"
It was working fine..yesterday..

It sounds like this might be an error prior to opening any database. Consider reinstalling MS Access and/or Office.
