According to the error message, please try the following steps, and then check again.
- Please sign out all your accounts from Office applications.
- Please quit and close all Office applications.
- Please reopen one Office application, such as Word, and sign into your account. If you see the following dialog box, please tick "Allow your organization to manage your device" and select "OK".
If the error message still occurs after trying the above steps, and you don't see the above dialog box, I recommend you try one of the methods in this article to deactivate Office. After that, please sign into your account to activate Office and check again.
