    Hi Opeyemi,

Thanks for posting in the community. We are happy to help you.

According to the error message, please try the following steps, and then check again.

    1. Please sign out all your accounts from Office applications.
    2. Please quit and close all Office applications.
    3. Please reopen one Office application, such as Word, and sign into your account. If you see the following dialog box, please tick "Allow your organization to manage your device" and select "OK".

If the error message still occurs after trying the above steps, and you don't see the above dialog box, I recommend you try one of the methods in this article to deactivate Office. After that, please sign into your account to activate Office and check again.

Also, based on my search, here is a thread where members discussed a similar situation. Please check if it helps.

If the situation still happens, I would like to collect more information to troubleshoot.

    1. Are your colleagues in the same situation?
    2. Does the situation happen in all Office applications?

We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    George | Microsoft Community Moderator
