Error 2002

I use Microsoft Word on my Mac and it's been logged in for years. Today I'm logged out and I'm getting error 2002.

    The error code you got has to do with authentication.

    Please, ensure you clear your browser cookies and cache.

    Did you have any Office installed on your Mac? If yes, you need to completely uninstall the Office and then try to install Microsoft Word (365 again).

    Have you tried to create a new user profile on your Mac and then reinstall Office 365?
