Minecraft Education - error code 100

Regarding Minecraft Education; I have a class of 20+ student all working on iPads generation 7. I work on a MacBook. I have generated a World but two of the students can’t join it. We have the same version, the same network, and all students have the same generations iPad. I have deleted and reinstalled the app on their iPads from Mosyle School, logged out and in again. What do I do now? They both get the same error code 100.
