Mac autoupdate not working

AutoUpdate for Office used to work fine. Now it finds "upgrades are required" but there is no way I can see to actually apply an update. This is on a Macintosh M1 Max Studio, running mac OS Ventura.

    You can also open any Office app on your Mac OS>click on Help>feedback. Also, you may also use Microsoft feedbackportal,

    Regarding going to "contact support and explain the situation," I originally tried to do that, and it wasn't at all clear what to do. And eventually it lead me to the opportunity to post this community question. I'd gladly explain the situation to you via another means if you could help a bit more with a direct link to where to explain.

    I'm sorry you're having a problem and for the situation you encountered, we deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

    As per your description, recently, many users are experiencing this problem, suddenly Office Mac AutoUpdate dialog box show "upgrades are required".

    Please use this link to Contact Support and explain the situation. The cause and cure are not yet known. It is important to submit a report so that Microsoft becomes aware that many users are affected.
