Problems using Microsoft Bookings

Hi, I'm in the process of creating booking pages for employees in my organization so others can schedule time with them. I ran across a couple of problems where,

  1. I was unable to set a custom schedule in 15-minute intervals even after I set the meeting time for 15 minutes. I only see options for 30-minute intervals.
  2. How can I make edits in the scheduling and change employees to schedule time by using the clone option?

Appreciate it if I could get assistance with this at the earliest.

    Hello Adil Thassim,

Good day! Thank you for reaching out.

I understand that you are experiencing an issue with Bookings not showing all available times. To better assist, may I please confirm whether you are referring to or using Bookings with me in outlook or Microsoft Bookings?

    >>I was unable to set a custom schedule in 15-minute intervals even after I set the meeting time for 15 minutes. I only see options for 30-minute intervals<<

If you are using Microsoft bookings, have you created and set the service interval to 15 mins as well as the time increments in the availability options? Define your Bookings service offerings | Microsoft Learn

    >>How can I make edits in the scheduling and change employees to schedule time by using the clone option?<<

Can you please clarify on this query? Do you need to clone the calendar or the schedule? If you need to clone the calendar, you can access the shared bookings page https://outlook.office.com/bookings/homepage and click more options on the calendar >Clone.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,

    Ashraf.
