Creating Congierge on Wrong Azure Tenant

Hello,

I have used my Microsoft Learn account a while with a work related Email address. I changed this up for my personal email address and Azure Portal Login.

But still if i want to start an exercise with the sandbox it creates the concierge account on the work related mail/azure portal.
I have tried to delete cookies/cache and even login into to a different machine that has never been related to this work address.

So to be short : Microsoft learn and the portal are logged in with the same account. While the sandbox still is being created on the portal of the work related mail. This mail has been deleted from learn.
