Time Format Bookings

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out a problem with the time format in Bookings. I read that it was related to the language and time zone chosen. Everything is in UTC +1, and the language is in French (in the services parameter, the global parameter, and the reservation page parameters). But the time format is still in Am/PM i would like to have a 24h format.

I also tried to change the language and time zone to US and then back to France but it didn't work either.

So, I really don't know what else I can do?

I added screenshot for better context:
