IRR function issue

I am computing IRRs for different cash flows. I got the IRR for two of the columns without a problem. On one of the three columns I get a result of

#DIV/0! I have checked my numbers. They are essentially the same as the other two columns with some slight differences. Does anyone have an idea as to what is causing me to get that result instead of the IRR?

Is there any way you can give us an example of the data and the formulas?
