Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Dear LK_246,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.
To answer your question, Yes, you can link your Azure subscription to the Power Platform and avoid having to pay for additional licenses to develop and publish via Power Pages and Power Automate. Therefore, Pay-as-you-go is a way to pay for Power Apps and Power Automate using an Azure subscription, which allows you to get started building and sharing apps without any license commitment or upfront purchasing. However, you will still need to purchase licenses for your users to access the portal site and use Power Automate. T
- If you need a separate Power Pages subscription, it may make more sense for you to sign up for the $200/site/month for 100 authenticated users plan if you have 15 users. You will not need a separate "creator" license as the creator is included in the plan. If you expect to have more than 100 authenticated users, you may want to consider the pay as you go plan.
- If you want to integrate with Power Pages, a Power Automate license is required. Therefore, You will need to sign up for a separate Power Automate premium license if you need access to premium features. The Power Pages license does not include Power Automate premium features.
I hope this helps you make an informed decision about which licenses to purchase for your team. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Thank you for your precious time. Have a nice day.
Sincerely,
