Excel on the web : hyperlink() function related, "copy" does not copy the hyperlink

In excel on the web, I have a cell with
=hyperlink("https://www.google.com", "Click here")

If I copy the cell and paste to email or word, the "Click here" is not a hyperlink.

If I open the same excel file in destop app, copying the cell really copies it as a link.

Also, noted that if I used "insert link" in "excel on the web", the copy-paste works as expected. But I can not use "insert link" in my case, as the link is dynamic and depends on the other cells in the row.

Is it as bug? Is there a workaround?

When you copy a cell with a hyperlink in Excel on the web, the hyperlink is not copied along with the cell.

This is a known limitation of Excel on the web.
