How do I keep conditional formatting (Colour format) from excel when using power automate to generate multiple emails (based on rows).

I have created a conditonally formatted excel sheet to apply a traffic light system to highlight student requirements for completion of a program and where they are in relation to final outcome. Green is good, yellow , borderline and red is behind. I want to send their row to them based on the email address they have given. I can get a mail merge to send an unconditioned version which is ok but misses some of the visual value and I unfortunatley can only get power automate to do something very similar unconditioned. I have been sending this information individually and it takes a significant amount of time. Any help would be appreciated

Many thanks

    Hi David,

To retain conditional formatting (color format) when using Power Automate to generate multiple emails from Excel, consider using the "HTML table" feature. Transform your Excel data into an HTML table within the email body. This way, the conditional formatting will be preserved, providing a visual representation similar to the traffic light system. Additionally, ensure that the email client supports HTML rendering for optimal results.
