Unknown charge.

I have a charge from Jan 1st for 89.27. I don't know what this is for. Please explain.

I am sorry for this inconvenience. If the charge is from Microsoft, you need to investigate the charge from your Microsoft billing history by signing into https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

If you are unable to find this charge in your account, you can contact Microsoft support to assist you investigate this charge, use the steps below for guidance;

  1. Go to http://support.office.com/home/chat
  2. Describe your issue (Unknown charge) and click 'Get Help'. Then scroll down to select Contact support.
  3. Select your product (Microsoft 365 and Office) and category (manage my subscription) > click Confirm.
  4. Click ‘Chat with support agent’ > Confirm.
  5. Click Start Chat.

If you believe the charges were fraudulent, kindly contact your financial institution to cancel that payment method.
