Can't open OneDrive files shared with me

I am using Microsoft 365 work account.

I am able to share documents/spreadsheets etc with colleagues from my OneDrive by entering their email.

However, when people share documents/spreadsheets with me I get a message saying "The link is not available to you"

Other members of my team are able to view the shared file, only I cannot, so the person sharing has done it correctly. It has been shared to my correct account because I accessed the link from the email I received saying the file had been shared with me (therefore must be the correct email address).

I'm at a loss about how to open these files

    Hello,

    Thank you.

I asked a colleague to do this today.

I was able to access Test 1. We are not able to do Test 2 because that option (share with anyone) is not available to us.

    Best wishes,

    Kamal
