Emails are getting delayed

Hi, I am running a power automate flow to send emails when someone submits a ticket, but i am having issues in the email delivery. The emails are getting delayed for 2-3 days and sometime i receive same email multiple time or all at once. How can i solve this issue?

    I understand your concern and since the emails are send with the help of custom Power Automate flow, I would like to suggest you post your concern in the Microsoft Power Automate Community - Power Platform Community so that the related exports will check whether there is any issue with Power Automate flow.

    If there is no problem with the Power Automate flow but emails are delayed in delivering, then I believe the problem could be related to Exchange Onlinr Server and I would like request you to post your concern in the Outlook category in this Microsoft Community to get the help Exchange Online/Outlook experts.
