Also, can I ask, is it possible for you to install/use another browser such as Microsoft Edge on your Mac OS(for test purpose) and then try to open SharePoint site and access SharePoint list to "Exporting CSV" and see if there is any difference, It will be helpful to find the reason.

1.Does the issue happen on a specific SharePoint List or all List as well?
