How do I remove MFA?

I have been locked out of my account since 11/8/23. I report it to Support and was given a case #. Somehow that case was "Resolved" without any contact from Data Protection. I opened my second case on 11/17/23, and I am still waiting. I call every day and am told the same thing... "give us some time".

How much more time do I have to give to Microsoft before I can access my PAID account?

My first support was submitted on 11/8/23. That was 27 days.

My second support request was submitted on 11/17/23. That was 18 days ago.

Is there really no one that I can talk to, besides the offshore group that answers the calls, that can actually assist me? I feel like everything is lost in translation.

If your ticket has already escalated to the data protection team then, it may take a few weeks to resolve it.

    Hi Chad,

I have seen these cases take long, so the best thing to do is be patient and keep checking in.

You can call the Microsoft Office 365 Data Protection team at 866-807-5850.
