Cannot type/edit in Visio app.

While I can type normally using my keyboard here, it does not allow me to type anything in Visio. Only shortcut keys are working. I can type in all of the other applications.

    Just to clarify, what Visio Plan did you subscribe to yesterday? Vision Plan 1 or Vision Plan 2?

    I purchased the desktop version (that gives me access to the online version) subscription yesterday. It was after the fact I found out there is no support for Mac OS, so I've been trying to maneuver through the online version.
