I tried to recreate an account (my previous one expired) with the developer program but it seems like the option for Philippines as country is no longer available. This is my 2nd time creating a developer account with Microsoft and the first time I did it, Philippines was there. Anything I should do to troubleshoot this? Or is licensing in the Philippines no longer available? Thanks!
