Issue with accessing SharePoint

Hi,

I have been having issues accessing SharePoint on both my work and personal account all day.

I am able to access all apps (Word, Excel, etc) except this one.

It puts me into an infinite loop of asking me to sign in and saying "We couldn't sing you in. Please try again"

And then, if I try to access it on it's own, I get the attached message.

I have checked my credentials and I have SharePoint (Plan 1) and have been able to access this up until today.

I have tried this on both Chrome and Safari, I have changed my password, signed in and out, and restarted my laptop twice. None of this fixes the issue.

Can you please help? I desperately need access for an urgent matter.

    Hi Sean,

    Thank you for taking the time to reply. Yes I have tried this in Private Mode and still no joy.

    I am now waiting for help from the Microsoft Tech Support

    May I know if you have tried to sign in with Private mode in the browser? If you still can't sign in successfully, please contact the IT department to use the admin account to check your account status.
