I recently got a new PC with Windows 11 on it, however in using shared Excel files online in Google Chrome as I previously did on my old PC using Windows 10, holding Ctrl + scrolling the mouse wheel does not incrementally zoom in/out the excel sheet. One notch up or down of the scroll wheel zooms the sheet to 400% or 25% only. Same thing happens when using Microsoft Edge. This is a real pain as I use this feature option in some pretty large sheets. I tried changing various scroll wheel settings in Windows, but cannot seem to find a fix to this issue.

There's no mouse or touchpad setting that resolves this issue. The Ctrl+Mouse Wheel Zoom function works fine in all other applications, except in-browser Office 365.
Edit: I found the source of the issue. It was Logitech's Logi+ software for the mouse I was using (Logitech M510). On Windows 10 I installed this software for a new keyboard after I already had the mouse and it did not change my scrolling setting. Seems in Windows 11 it defaulted the mouse setting to smooth scrolling. Turning it off removed all smooth scrolling from Chrome and resolved the min./max. zoom level only from Office in-browser.
