Dc is not advertising time server

Question

I have an issue with newly promoted dc of 2019 OS DC are synchronised time properly with PDc but when I ran dcdiag it is not advertising as time server other DC in same domain is advertising as as time server...

Kindly help

Some general info

• All domain members should use NT5DS domain time.
• Desktops and member servers sync with any domain controller.
• Domain controllers sync with PDC emulator (one per domain)
• PDC emulator in child domain can sync with any domain controller in parent domain.
• PDC emulator in parent domain syncs with either a hardware clock or possibly an external source.

You can reset as below.

w32tm /unregister
net stop w32time
w32tm /register
net start w32time
w32tm /config /syncfromflags:domhier /update
net stop w32time
net start w32time
then check
w32tm /query /source
w32tm /query /configuration

Thank you for your question.

Additionally, If the Domain controllers are VM in Hyper-V then please verify the Clock synchronization in disabled from settings, so that it won't sync with Host clock.

This all I have tried but no luck I am aware of this all command and time heirarcy

My dc is getting accurate time but dc is not advertising is time server when I ran dcdiag

Is the time service running? What was the result?

w32tm /query /source
w32tm /query /configuration

Yes time service is running strip chart is also accurate...only not advertising as time sever when run dcdiag
