My fan is going ballistic every 10 min or so. Checked task manager and there is a xxxxxx.tmp file using almost 20% of CPU. Uninstalled and reinstalled office. Fixed for an hour or so, then issue re-appeared. believe it something with an office update that is 'stuck'.

365 updates internally, within any Office component > File > Account > Update options > update now
I doubt that this temp file has any connection to any O update
