    Hi Vitoka,

Thanks for posting in the community. We are happy to help you.

Based on my test, it works fine on my end, but I need to wait 40 seconds for it to load. So, I wonder if you have waited for a few minutes on your side. If you haven't, please test again.

Also, you can try the following suggestions to troubleshoot the situation.

    1. Please open the private window of the browser or use another browser to access the SharePoint page, then check if the situation still happens or not.
    2. Please remove the existing Office 365 Connectors web part, re-add a new web part, then check if the situation still happens or not.
    3. If it still happens on your side, please ask your colleague to re-add the Office 365 Connectors web part, then check again.

If the situation still happens after trying the above suggestions, it is likely caused by the server. I recommend you contact your admin/IT department and ask them to raise a support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center> Support> New service request. That support team there will have the correct channel and resources to help you investigate more and find what exactly the reason has caused this situation.

Sorry for the inconvenience that happened to you. Appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Sincerely,

    George | Microsoft Community Moderator
