The Microsoft Office 365 E5 developer version has not been automatically renewed.

I use Office E5 developer version every day. Why hasn't it been automatically renewed? Now there are only 3 days left. I am very distressed and panicked because many of my test development programs are stored on it. Can anyone help me answer this question? I need to renew it as soon as possible.

Supplement as follows:
I have been using the E5 developer to call APIs and for daily use, and it has always been renewed in time. But this time it is about to expire (only 3 days left) and it has not been renewed in time. I called customer service to handle this issue, and the customer service staff told me to leave a message here. Thank you for reviewing my request. Thank you and wish you a happy work.

    Hi Chao,

I am guessing that you are saying you have a M365 E5 trial. (my interpretation).

If you have gone ahead and entered a credit card in your Admin portal for M365 E5 license, then you shouldn't need to worry. Once the license is no longer in trial, you shouldn't see the message that you only have 3 days left.

Please correct me if my interpretation of your request was wrong.

    Thank you for your response.

Previously, my Microsoft 365 E5 developer subscriptions were automatically renewed without the need to bind a credit card for payment. According to the regulations, my use of relevant software and the daily API would automatically renew the subscription without payment. I was also surprised by this.
