Since my pc downloaded the new microsoft I am unable to sync my email. My emails used to arrive directly to my inbox. Now I have to log in on the website of my email provider and access my emails that way. I really don't know how to get my emails directly into my in box. The problem arose after my pc updated Mictosoft.

    Hi ShaamMA,

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconveniences,

It sounds like your Outlook is not syncing with your email account after the Microsoft update.

Here are some of the suggestions I found:

    • Ensure Windows 10 is up to date (Start > Settings > Update & security > Check for updates).
    • Click the Sync button in the Mail app, at the top of your message list, to force the app to sync.
    • Customize your sync settings in the Mail app (Settings > Manage Accounts > select the desired account > Change mailbox sync settings).
    • Scan your Outlook by using the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant tool.
    • Quick repair your office by following these steps: open Control Panel > Go to Programs\Programs and Features > Select Microsoft 365 Enterprise > right click and select change > Click on Quick repair.
    • Update your Outlook to the latest version by following these steps: open Outlook and go to File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now.
    • Sync your Outlook email accounts across devices by following these steps: open the Outlook app on your mobile device or tablet > select the three horizontal lines in the top left-hand corner of the screen > select Settings (the gear icon) in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen > select Add Account > enter your Outlook email address and password.

Let me know if this helps or if you need further assistance.

    Regards, Sola
