I just bought additional storage for OneDrive and it still says that I am out of storage. It even says 5 GB out of 100 GB. I need help so that I can just move files out of OneDrive. I would post the image of my "full storage", but it won't let me.

You can first check the active subscriptions associated with your account to ensure you are in the correct account using the link below.

If you purchase a new subscription, it may take up to 48 hours for your storage to sync and reflect the new storage you recently purchased. If you still don't see it after 48 hours, email OneDrive Support using the link below.
