Sway - Views/Analytics

I've created two different SWAYs and sent it out to a team of over 500 people. I know a handful of people who have viewed each SWAY but I'm showing 0 views and nothing on the analytics page. How can I correct that?

    Based on your description, the view count of Sways shows 0 and nothing on the analytics page.

    Due to the issue not only occurring on a specific Sway, this issue may need to be checked from the background. Given this situation, we do understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it. The best way to troubleshoot the issue is to report the issue to the related Team. So we suggest you contact the administrators in your organizations and open a support ticket in the Office 365 admin center via the steps in the article for further help. The support team there has the correct escalation channel for this case. This is also the most efficient way of handling this kind of issue.
