    Hello JRGNK,

I'm Ibhadighi and I'd happily help you with your question. In this forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.

I cannot directly troubleshoot the issue within the Excel file since I can't open it, but I can provide you with a simple step-by-step guide to check and potentially resolve the issue with your graph:

    1. Select the Correct Data Range:
      • Double-check the range of cells that you've selected for your chart. Make sure it includes all the rows and columns you want to plot.
    2. Check the Chart Type:
      • Ensure you have chosen the appropriate chart type for your data. For time series data, a line chart or scatter plot is often suitable.
    3. Review the Data Format**:
      • Make sure that the data in your cells is formatted correctly. Dates and times should be in a format that Excel recognizes.
    4. **Reset the Chart**:
      • Sometimes it helps to start over. Delete the existing chart and create a new one, carefully selecting the data you want to plot.
    5. **Use 'Select Data Source'**:
      • Right-click on the chart and select 'Select Data' or find this option in the Chart Tools on the ribbon.
      • Check if the data selected in the 'Chart data range' box is correct.
    6. **Check for Hidden or Filtered Cells**:
      • Ensure that none of the cells in your data range are hidden or filtered out, as this can affect what shows up in your chart.
    7. **Examine the Axis Labels**:
      • In the chart settings, check that the horizontal (category) axis is actually pulling from your date/time data.
    8. **Consult Excel Help**:
      • Use the built-in Help feature in Excel to find guidance on chart issues. You can access it by typing your question in the "Tell me what you want to do" box.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, it could be due to a more specific problem with your Excel setup or the file itself. If the problem persists, you may want to seek direct assistance from someone who can access and view your Excel file for a more hands-on approach.

    I hope this helps.

    Best Regards, Ibhadighi
