Hi there,

Onenote keeps changing the proofing language to spanish, regardless of the fact that I even deleted spanish from my approved proofing languages

I read on another thread that onenote uses the windows keyboard language for proofing,, well... my keyboard language is set to english

If you could help me fix this, I would appreciate it!

Did that, and now the proofreading is set to english, thank you so much. However, I still need the spanish keyboard.

Thank you. Can you remove the Spanish keyboard from Settings > Time and Language, and see if it helps?

    Hi summit

Thanks for reaching out, I do see a spanish keyboard, but I made sure I was using the english keyboard layout while typing on English on OneNote... and the proofreading still marked all my text as incorrect

    Thanks again

Hi Pedro, I am Sumit, and I will gladly assist you today. Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

OneNote sees the proofreading according to your Keyboard layout.

If you press Win+Space, do you see a Spanish keyboard?

I look forward to your reply.
