Conditional Format Across Multiple Sheets - Highlighting Dates

Hello!

I have been struggling with this sheet for way too long, but I have a worksheet where there is a master spreadsheet with employee training dates and when they need to be renewed. I have successfully formatted it to highlight when they are up for training within the year and those who are past due, but I need it to speak to the individual sheets where the employees are divided among the supervisors as they are not transferring over. I will also note it is in alphabetical order by employee last name, so I have numbered the rows to reference in the separate sheets.

I have the formula for the separate sheets =CHOOSEROWS(Table 1, then the relative row number in the table).

If there is another way I am all ears as it was a struggle just to get that far. I am thinking I need some sort of formula that mentions that sheet but I will admit I am pretty novice, so I am hoping this isn't too complicated and any videos would be much appreciated, but if not that's okay!

Thank you for your help in advance!
