Business login vs. personal login for exam

Question

I am trying to take the DP 100 exam for the needed competency for the Silver package on Microsoft partners. However, when I go to take the exam it requires me to sign in with my personal account not my business account, with which I need the competency. Will this transfer and be viewable on my business account? Will this count for my Silver package on Microsoft partners?
