    I tested in my lab and was not able to reproduce this issue.

    However, I found the following thread on stackoverflow in the similar situation.
    For your reference: Suddenly can't connect to Exchange Online via EXO v2 PS module

    This issue seems to happen in specific regions.

    "After installing the latest version . . ." The latest version of what? PowerShell? So you moved from PowerShell 5.1 to PowerShell 7.1.4???

    Does this work if you use powershell.exe instead of pwsh.exe?

    There are many things that don't work, or work differently, in the open-source cross-platform PowerShell 6 and 7 than they do in PowerShell 5.

    A quick web search turned up several other posts complaining of the same problem. Here are two of them:

    Hi

    First my latest version you mean the 21H1 update or the PowerShell 7.1 ?

    Considering it to be PowerShell can you try these troubleshoot
