How do I get support!

I need to finish the removal of a partner on our profile, it is a terrible relationship.

We want to take control of our licenses, I cannot create a ticket because in the admin center, it only takes me to the partner to send in a support request. When I try to call the support number for Microsoft they will not talk to me unless our phone number is on file with the license and the automated phone person tells me where to do that but it really doesn't take you to where you can add your phone number, I cannot find that at all.

We do not want any further contact with this partner, we do not want to lose the licenses we currently have or the email address we have in place with said licenses. We want to purchase directly and maintain on our own.

We also are tax exempt and none of the support documents on the Microsoft website assist in how to get this setup either, just to start a ticket and we cannot do a ticket because it is all going back to this partner.

    So does that mean we would lose all of our current information and emails if we end these licenses and get new ones? Where does that leave people who have partners who do not respond and assist at all.

    You can directly purchase a Microsoft 365 Business subscription from the official website. However, there is no way to migrate licenses/convert purchased partner subscriptions to directly Microsoft.
