I am rather frustrated now because there is no longer the option for a javascript embed code (previously there were options for Embed Code and JavasScript, but now there is just Embed Code).

I too have the same problem, could not generate java script embed ink, previously embedded excel is invisible now, pls do something, bring back java script again, iframe embed has security issues, at least for iframe embed link give a option to remove the footer bar, just like removing download button.

I am having this same problem. I embedded a file to a website using the Javascript code a week ago, and now the file is not visible on the website (from any browser) and when I go back in to OneDrive>Embed>Generate to retrieve a new code, Javascript is no longer an option.

It does not have to do with it being enabled on my browser or system as Shannah said, it seems to be a different problem.

    Hi Richard

    Thank you for contacting us.

You can enable JavaScript in Outlook Click Tools > Internet Options. Click the Security tab > Custom Level. In the Scripting section, click Enable for Active Scripting. In the dialog box that displays, click Yes.

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards,

    Shannah
