Supposed WINZIP Subscription!

I have a subscription for Microsoft 365 Family and that's all!

However, I have just had a no-reply Email stating that £41.74 has been charged for a supposed subscription for WINZIP. As I do not need WINZIP, I looked at my Microsoft subscriptions to find that only Microsoft 365 Family is listed, no sign of any subscription to WINZIP. So, please, how do I cancel WINZIP?

    Hi Robert J!

I am Shakiru, an independent advisor and a user like you, and I am glad to be helping you out today.

First, to avoid misunderstanding, this is a public user-to-user support forum. We're users helping other users. We do not work for Microsoft and have no access to any user account so there is nothing we can do or check from within the forum. We have no input on Microsoft's policies, procedures, or design decisions.

Based on the description above, I understand you are being charged for WINZIP Subscription.

Since the WINZIP Subscription doesn't show up, then you need to contact the Microsoft Billing Support Team via chat at

https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2214328 Please follow the steps below to avoid being directed to an AI chatbot.

Type or describe the issue in the search bar Click on the "Get Help" button Click the "Contact Support" button at the bottom of the page Select your option under "Product and services" and "Categories" Choose your Support option, preferably select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" Enter your email address and Confirm your email again

Once you do that, a service request will be open and you will need to exercise patience for the Microsoft Support Agent to chat with you live

Please let me know how it goes with Microsoft Support and if you need any other assistance, I will be more than happy to help further.

    Thank you

    Best Regards, Shakiru
