I cannot access my forms. Getting the error "We are having trouble getting your documents"

I had a form created and the survey was distributed, now I'm getting an error when trying to access the form.

When I try to access the form I get the error message "Sorry, something went wrong" with a Session ID and Correlation ID.

I need to recover this form and the answers.

Thanks

I copied my Microsoft form link and sent it to other. My form did not turn to blue color and my friend can't open it.

    Hi Carlos,

Thanks for posting the community. We are happy to help you.

According to your description, I assume that when you go to Microsoft Forms for the web, it displays the message "We're having trouble getting your documents". If so, please open the InPrivate window of the browser, go to https://forms.office.com/, sign into your account, and then check again.

If the error message still occurs, it may be related to the server side. Please contact your admin/IT department and ask them to raise a support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center> Support> New service request. That support team there will have the correct channel and resources to help you investigate more and find what exactly the reason has caused this problem.

Sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. Appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Sincerely,

    George | Microsoft Community Moderator
