A family of Microsoft spreadsheet software with tools for analyzing, charting, and communicating data
Dear Siva,
Good day!!
Apologies for the inconvenience caused and please don’t worry, let’s work together on your concern and move towards a resolution path.
I understand your concern and since you mentioned you are having the Microsoft Business Standard, you should be able to activate the Office apps without any issue.
However, as you have already re-installed the Office apps with no success, I would like you to double-confirm whether you are having the license “The latest desktop version of Office” in your Subscriptions page:
Open the browser such as Google Chrome> Click on the three dots at the top right> New Incognito window> Access https://portal.office.com > Enter Office 365 account details> Click on the profile picture at the top right (beside the question mark icon)> View Account> Scroll little down and click on Subscriptions> See whether the mentioned license is listed in the user Subscriptions page.
If you are having the mentioned license, please check whether proxy, antivirus, firewall, or VPN is enabled on your PC. If yes, please turn off them temporarily and check whether you can activate the Office apps.
If still the same issue, I would like to suggest you install the Microsoft SARA tool and troubleshoot the activation issue of the Office apps. Reference: About the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant - Microsoft Support
If Microsoft SARA tool can’t help to activate your Office apps, I would like to request you create a new user account on the problematic Windows and see whether you are able to activate the Office apps: Create a local user or administrator account in Windows - Microsoft Support
If the same problem happens, do other users in your organization are facing any issue with activating Office apps?
Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day!!
Best Regards,
Sophia
