formsで作成したアンケートの質問の区切りが消えました。

一度作成したアンケートの3つあるうちのセクションの1つを削除したところ、質問ごとの区切りになっていた線や色がなくなりました。

全ての質問がつながって見えるので元に戻したいのですが方法が載っていません。

同じスタイルやフォーマットを用いたのですが、複数あったセッションを消去したところ１枚目のように配色や質問の区切りがなくなりました。

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the question break in your survey created in Forms. To add a question break in Forms, you can follow these steps:

1. Open your survey in Forms.
2. Click on the question where you want to add a break.
3. Click on the "More options" button (three dots) at the bottom right corner of the question.
4. Select "Page break" from the drop-down menu.
5. A new page will be added after the selected question.
