CHANGING EMAIL PREFERENCES

I am an Azure Owner and a mail Global Administrator for mail but in the billing preferences it sees me as Global Admin and won't let me change billing preferences. I need to be seen as an owner or contributor. but I cannot find the area to change it.

    If I understand correctly, you want to change contact information for Azure billing account like it is mentioned in the doc - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/change-azure-account-profile, If this is not what you are looking for, I would appreciate if you could share the screenshot of the UI.

    FYI: Global Admin is the highest privilege assigned at Azure Active Directory level
    Azure Owner/Contributor is a subscription level privilege given to the user.
