    Hello MA230986,

I suspect that it must be a browser issue. Please try the following and tell me if you notice any changes:

    1. Update your browser.
    2. Try a different browser (An updated version of Chrome, Edge, and Safari ought to get the job done).
    3. View the page in desktop mode by pressing the options button on your browser and selecting, "desktop mode". This will refresh the page and display it as if your phone is a PC.

    Hope this helps.

So, I have this online test every semester which is done using Microsoft Forms. It always happens when I use my Android phone to answer the questions ( always in MCQs ). Forms work perfectly fine on my laptop, it is only my phone that glitches. Also, it is the website that creates problems. I did appear for my test once through the app and it worked perfectly fine on my phone, it is the website.
