Have you accepted the request shared to join the family subscription? Could you please follow below steps to reset Office on your device.
- Close all office apps and sign out of the account
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Do a safe reboot. You can start Safe Mode using the F8 key during start up.
- Remove the credential details of the personal account from "Credential manager". Go to: Control Panel\User Accounts\Credential Manager
- Try to an online repair. Go to Control Panel /> Under Programs, click Uninstall a Program /> spot Microsoft Office, right-click on it and select Change. Go with Quick Repair or Online Repair accordingly to fix the problem
Now sign in with the right account,
