Cannot complete E5 sandbox subscription setup due to phone number didn't pass security check

I just created an MS account and set the authentication/verification using my phone number. Everything worked well, including login with verification to my phone number, until I tried to subscribe to E5 sandbox unsuccessfully with the same phone number that I registered for my account. The following error kept prompted which prevented me to complete the subscription.

We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason: Your phone number did not pass security checks. MS-CorrelationId: 00000000-d26a-4d26-a601-18ad3d5a61ff Code: 40301

Could you help me to solve this issue since I need this sandbox for my training course?
